The under mentioned terms and conditions governs the use of website hosted by MOC Doha having a web address http://www.mocdoha.org

MOC has the right to add, delete, amend the terms, time to time at its own discretion and no claims what so ever nature will not be entertained. It is the duty of the user to check the terms and conditions at regular intervals.

Access to the site is FOC (free of charge) basis, but MOC reserves the right to change the policy at any time.

MOC’s permission is limited to personal use of the site only. Permission is granted for copy and download any contents, but other than link pages, for personal use only. It is restricted to use full or part of the site and its contents in any other web site.

Access is restricted to valid MOC members only at some sections as mentioned in the site and requires login name and password. For this purpose MOC requires some personal data at the discretion of MOC. If any member misuses the access right, MOC has the right to cancel the access rights and block the access rights immediately even without notifying the user.

Further the user is solely responsible for use of the user account, password etc. and MOC will not be liable for any loss due to third party usage of password etc. and the individual will be held responsible for any loss occurring to MOC or any another party due to usage of user name and password allotted to a particular person.

No individual is permitted to use the site for any unlawful acts and deeds. Further, abusing of religion, political party, country, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable etc through this site is strictly prohibited. Nobody individually or collectively should attempt an unauthorized access to any services, accounts, systems through hacking, and password mining or other ways of means.

Persons posting any data audio, video, texts, clippings, images, through MCO site should have full licensing valid right to do so or he should be the copy right owner for the data posting.

MOC has the right to amend, delete, modify, and edit any data intended or posted through MOC web site.

No individual is permitted to send messages or data that contains, software virus, cookies etc that is harmful to others in any respect.

Even if any MOC member withdraw his account from MOC services, data provided earlier will be the sole property of MOC and will be archived in MOC servers.

MOC will have no responsibility regarding the genuine nature, accuracy, conformity to laws prevailing etc for matters / data posting, through the MOC web media by a third party. Similarly MOC has given links to certain sites and MOC has no responsibility on the contents on that sites.

Some pages are set aside for advertisement and allocation of space, period; charges are at the sole discretion of MOC. Also MOC will not be held responsible or liable for any claim in arising in and out due to inaccuracy in advertising information.

In case of persons using MOC mail account, separate terms and conditions will be laid down and that will be an integral part of this terms and conditions.

MOC shall have no liability to anybody for any interruption or delay, to access the Site irrespective of the cause.

Usage of certain contents of MOC sites is restricted to members who accepts these terms and conditions only and those who are disagreeing to these terms and conditions or not comfortable with any policy matters, have the right to withdraw at any time from the services of MOC.

At any time, any law come into force to nullify any terms, then the same terms and conditions will automatically invalid. But other terms and conditions will remain as valid and binding to the user.
